BURBANK, Calif.—-Cusumano Real Estate Group, the largest owner of multi-family properties in the Eastern San Fernando Valley, and an industry leader in the construction, acquisition and management of upscale apartment complexes, has purchased the 145-unit residential apartment community currently known as “The Jefferson at Toluca Lake” from developer JPI of Dallas, TX.

Vancouver Island Real Estate Board reports sales continue to increase (Campbell River Mirror)

The latest Multiple Listing Service (MLS) sales statistics released by the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) show sales of single family properties in October of 2009, while on par with September, are up significantly over October 2008 in the entire VIREB area. Unit sales for October 2009 increased 93 per cent over October 2008.
