BOB BOUGHNER The Daily News The residential real estate market in Chatham-Kent continues to rebound, says Jim Kovacs Kovacs, president of the Chatham-Kent Real Estate Board, added that a sustained drop in new listings is drawing down inventories and firming up the market.
