Sales at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa and the sale of Gypsum’s Cotton Ranch golf course boosted the Vail Valley’s January real estate sales numbers. According to a monthly report from Land Title Guarantee Company, there were 79 sales in January of this year compared with 46 sales in the first month of 2009. The dollar value of the January, 2010 sales was more than $86.8 million.
