KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 (Bernama) — UOA Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has posted a pre-tax profit of RM13.316 million for the six months ended June 30, 2010, down from RM15.057 million in the previous corresponding period.

Mortgage rates rise in latest week: Bankrate

BOSTON (MarketWatch) — The average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage rose to 4.95% this week from 4.92% the previous week, Bankrate said Thursday. The average 15-year fixed mortgage rose to 4.36% from 4.34%. “Nervous investors and tenuous financial markets kept a lid on mortgage rates,” Bankrate said.
